Return Policy

  • Asian Fashion Island accepts returned products if there is quality problems with the items you ordered or the wrong items we sent.
  • You must let us know the problems within 2 days after you got the products and we will give you advice on what to do next.
  • You products must be returned within 7 days after you receive it.
  • After receiving the returned products, we will check and confirm the problems you have reported.
  • If it is the wrong item we sent, we will send you the correct one without any extra cost on your side.
  • If there is nothing wrong with the returned item, we will ship it back to you and charge you the shipping fee.
  • If one of items is missing when returned, we will not start return process until the missing item is received.
  • For wrong products sent, Asian Fashion Island is responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • For other problems returned, customers are responsible for the return cost and other incurred fee.

Under the following situation, the returned items or asking for refund will not be accepted.

  • After receiving their ordered products, customers have not contacted us by email within two days.
  • The problem products have already been opened.
  • Discounted products which were used to sale as-is.

The quality problems are not included the following.

  • Thread, fold or color is tiny different from that you saw on the screen;
  • It does not affect the overall wearing of the defects, such as lining, corner obvious at the open line, sewing arrhythmia, leisure spots on light colored clothes, small stain;
  • Items compared with its picture on the screen are slightly different, such as color, buttons, corners, tag;
  • Item quality compared with the picture on the screen is a little difference, such as fabrics, fine workmanship;

Return Process

  1. Customers contact us within 2 days and confirmed from us to start return process;
  2. Customers send back the return products to a certain address we provided;
  3. After verifying returned items, we will send a new one or start refund process;
  4. If the return products have problems and we contact customers without any response, the handling process may be delayed;
